Install HFB Mobile App

To Access The HFB Mobile App Please Follow The Following Steps:

  1. Install the Mobile App on your iOS (iPhone®, iPad®, iPod Touch®) or Android smartphones.
  2. Search for “HFB Mobile Banking” from the App Store or Google Play and make sure that the name appearing under the app is Housing Finance Bank Uganda.
  3. Download the app and click away to a wide range of our financial solutions.

Install via HFB Mobile Code (*225#)

  • Dial *225#
  • Follow the message prompt to enter your HFB mobile PIN number.
  • Press Ok on your device
  • Enter your 4 digit PIN and SEND.
  • You will receive the Menu Options
  • Select ANSWER/REPLY and enter the number that corresponds to the option that you want to use
  • Click send
  • Upon successful completion of any transaction/request, you will receive a message – “thank you, you will receive a reply shortly”
