Financial Statements Year Ended 31 December 2022

Over the year 2022, Housing Finance Bank continued to pursue the strategic ideals set out in the strategic plan with the core mandate of enabling homeownership and financial independence for the vast majority of our growing population. The year also presented a mixed bag of opportunities and challenges as the earlier post pandemic recovery gains were cut short by the emergence of the Russia-Ukraine conflict and its effects on global trade and inflation.
