Job Purpose

The Manager – I.T Risk will manage the delivery of Information Technology risk management framework. She/he will manage the process of independent I.T risk assessment and reporting. Joining the Risk Management team provides a tremendous opportunity to learn about I.T Risk from a business perspective. You will be responsible for resolving challenging issues and for managing multiple issues to completion. Typically someone in this position is responsible for a mixture of ongoing day-to-day Risk Management responsibilities, adhoc requests and issues, and some long-term initiatives.

Job Purpose

1. Manager Custodial Services is accountable for growing custodial business and to enable clients meet their investment objectives by efficiently executing trades domestically, regionally, and globally.
2. The role holder will be responsible for efficient processing of pooled funds including pension contributions

External – External IT Equipment and Services Vendors

Job Purpose

1. Accountable for planning, coordinating and direct management of the Bank’s IT Hardware Infrastructure so as to support the Bank’s operational and customer service strategic objectives.
2. The role oversees efficient allocation computer/server hardware and software resources, provides oversight to ensure reliability and sustainability of technology hardware infrastructure and services.

Department: Information Technology
Reports To: Manager, IT Infrastructure
Grade: HFB 4A

Internal – All Staff (Key Users)
External – External Services Vendors

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and optimizing the performance of computer hardware systems in Unix enterprise environments and/or Linux operating system
